I am extremely sorry) I should take off my brain and put in again) But in this case I want to notice that VDV wont come cos they decided to have some rest for 2 weeks. Solid and Den from VDV wrote me in ICQ. There is no prb but tell me what we should do? If on next week we will be lost without any word on forum what will GNC do? What the score will it be? I am forcsed to think that VDV wont confirm today's match. Why should we loose our points?

Now i realize the problem. Yesterday i could not.

First i want to say that it was always the intention of the league that all wars will be played. So the teams can decide to fetch the war later.The rules permit this. This will only work if both teams agree with this.

If there will be no agreement between the teams an one team was not playing the match you can refer to the rule 5.3.
Then the league admins will decide how to rate the match.

My advice to all teams is to speak timely and direktly (mail, icq, ts) with your opponent. Do not arrange the dates only at the forum.

If a team will be lost without a message the league admins try to contact the team before coming to a decision.

So Wolf plz ask them directly as you said about todays match cos they are off now. I think....no... I am sure they wont come. Well make shot for you. It is not our fault if another team couldnt come without any notice. We have a calendar of league. All of us have to play off a match per week. And its fair that present team will take their points. Isnt it?

Ok. I contact [AS]VDV.

According to the rules a team hase 24 hours after the end of the war to deliver a statement.

Accordingly the league will decide.

DEN said me they have some problems and can't play now. They can play till next week (after 25.04.10).

I was talking with DEN yesterday. Yes they have problems an can´t play till 24.04.2010.

A clan/team has the right to demand a changed game time only if he announces this at least 24 hours before the agreed game time in the respective thread in the forum and if he has informed the opposing clan in writing. to fetch the war later then the matchweek the opponent has to agree. But in this case there was no response from [AS]VDV at the forum. And there is no agreement to fetch later.

According to the rules there is no other way. The war will be a default win for KnD.

So here an advice to all teams. Make a post in the internal forum if you have problems and you can´t play your league matches for a considerable time. Then the league admins can try to find a solution.
