Peter Games und Bohemia Interactive veröffentlichen heute mit ARMA 2: Reinforcements ein brandneues Stand-Alone-Expansion-Pack zur erfolgreichen PC-Militärsimulation ARMA 2. Das Bundle bietet damit die beiden neuesten Erweiterungen ARMA 2: British Armed Forces sowie ARMA 2: Private Military Company in einem Paket. Abgerundet wird ARMA 2: Reinforcements außerdem mit detaillierten Landkarten der jeweiligen Einsatzgebiete und einem hilfreichen Tastaturbelegungsplan.

Heute morgen etwa um 2 Uhr fiel der Rootserver aufgrund eines technischen Defekts aus.
Der technische Support im Rechenzentrum hat schnell reagiert und so war der Server bereits heute Vormittag wieder online.

In seltenen Fällen kann es zu Problemen bei der Erkennung des „ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead“-Produkt-Keys kommen, so dass sich das Spiel nicht starten lässt.
Dies tritt meist dann auf, wenn Sie das Originalspiel als Download-Version installiert haben, das Standalone-Addon „Operation Arrowhead“ aber als Datenträgerversion (im Handel gekauft) installieren möchten. Trotz korrekter Eingabe des Produkt-Keys wird dieser nicht erkannt.
Dieses Problem lässt sich ganz einfach beheben:
Suchen Sie im „Operation Arrowhead“-Verzeichnis nach den Dateien "paul.dll" sowie "lang.ini" und löschen Sie diese.
Dann kann „ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead“ ganz normal gestartet werden.
Das Problem wird mit dem nächsten Update behoben.
